Costco! If you're in the US or Canada, you definitely know this place. Think low prices, bulk buys, high-quality stuff, and yeah, packed aisles on the weekends. Shopping at Costco can feel like a marathon, especially on a Saturday afternoon when finding a parking spot can eat up a chunk of your day.

Personally, I love hitting up Costco. It’s like a modern-day bazaar – crowds of people leisurely strolling through aisles filled with everything you can imagine, vendors buzzing around, and mouth-watering smells coming from the sample trays. Costco keeps its food options pretty straightforward. If you’re looking for endless variety, this isn’t the place. It’s all about grabbing what you need quickly without getting lost in too many choices.

Checking out at Costco is a breeze too. The receipts are super straightforward. Each item gets its own line with its name and SKU, making it easy to figure out what’s what, even if the product name is a bit unclear.

In short, I've never had a problem recognizing Costco receipts. They're perfect for tracking food expenses.

On a fun note, the neural network I used nailed categorizing "ROTI CHICKEN" under Deli right away, but kept tagging different meat cuts just as Meat. It makes sense generally, but for our classification, we needed raw meat products to be distinct, so some extra tweaking was necessary.
